Mel’s background is in corporate and development finance. He has led large multi discipliary teams throughout his career. His ethos is very much about working in partnership with clients and embracing strong moral principles.
Mel works with major financing houses in developing sustainable business practices, managing finance and budgets and liasing with his team and other contractors. He takes a disciplined and practival approach to development with vast expereience in bringin projects to futition.

Chris has fourty years experience in construction for commercial and residential. From large logistic centres for Ftse100 companies, social housing developments through to high end individual homes across the midlands and the M25.

David is currently on permanent secondment to St Raymonds Construction for two days per week. He is a member of RICS and is a quantity surveyor and a specialist in party wall disputes and dispute resolution. He has 35 years experience working around the country on both commercial and residential developments.
