A great deal of time is spent in keeping our carbon footprint as low as possible. To assist with this we use local trades and artisans in all instances where possible at each of our sites. The average age of our workforce is 50 thus making our team highly qualified across all trades. Our team and external suppliers are very committed and all share the same common objects, aims and values for every project we deliver.

Within our properties a huge amount of time and money is invested into creating sustainable homes that are energy efficient, have high EPC ratings with a minimum carbon footprint.

At each of our sites we ensure we reuse and recycle any waste. For this we have skips for every type of waste, from plastic to wood, metal to general waste. Any item in the skip that can get reused does. We even utilise the soil that comes out of the ground to create raised beds, again keeping our carbon footprint low by not having to dispose of soil to then bring lorries in at a later date.

Everything we do is thought out and how it can impact the environment, from simple things such as creating living gardens, helping to promote insect life through to incorporating hedgehog runs, our ethos is not just about building houses, but creating homes.
