As part of our own business we are always actively sourcing development land and can equally offer this service to those looking for a plot for an individual home, small development or commercial space. We work very closely with estate agents and commercial land finders who inform us of availability and potential plots.
In addition to sourcing we can assess the viability of potential plots as well as looking at gardens that may have the possibility of securing planning. We can work in partnership on a project (local professionals and planning to access viability of scheme) as well as helping with financing, design and disposal. In some instances we would look to purchase plots ourselves for development purposes.
