We pride ourselves on the fact that for each development we work on we choose local partnerships whether that is tradesman or suppliers. The homes we build is our legacy and we are conscious that these properties will be here for hundreds of years and this is why it is important that we only build homes we are proud of.

We spend a great deal of time sourcing products to ensure the materials are of a high quality and also aim where we can to use local supplies as this helps to reduce our carbon footprint. At all of our developments recycling materials is very important and we have skips for every type of material enabling us to reuse waste within the build.

The brands we work with all have British kite marks, and we do not purchase products that will not be reliable once a family or business moves in. For our wall coverings we only use paint such as Dulux or Crown as we are confident with regards to the quality and finish. We always try and get as much sourced within the UK as this supports our economy and also our environment. For appliances we aim to supply as much as we can with extended warranties.
