When developing properties we take pride in the amount of time we invest in making sure the inside and outside of the building works aesthetically to enhance the area.
A good example of this is our Bourne Riverside Development and how we achieved the look. Our Interior Designer, Lorna Raynor, spends a huge amount of time researching the area. Using her research she creates a theme that will work internally for all of the riverside homes. Lorna creates a series of mood boards and works with the senior team to agree the style, and materials available for each property.
